This workshop is offered every Thursday from 11:15am-12:15pm. Physical, mental, and emotional pain can prevent us from experiencing and enjoying a life of quality and joy. In this class we will explore the mental aspect of pain and learn some valuable tools to mindfully cope and manage pain so that we can reduce the negative effects it has on our daily life. We will understand how to be observant and compassionate to our pain while also becoming more familiar with our pain triggers.
