Morning Meditation

Join us, on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-10am, to start or deepen a daily meditation and mindfulness practice. Learn the basic features of developing a practice that will center you and help you navigate the ups and downs of daily living with equanimity. We will develop an awareness practice that will connect us to our own self-knowledge while also helping us stay connected to the present moment.
